Who am I?

As stated before, I happen to be a restless lady from a bony Northern country where polar bears are having the same status as cows have in India.
Currently I'm biding my time in a Saxon town called Leipzig, though. God knows why, us Fripples are not always too sure of the ground to all our actions.
